Contact Trade Time directly before making the change. We will update the shift details and notify the painters so they know about the new schedule or duties before the shift begins.

Hiring and painter vetting

From temporary shifts to full-time hiring

Can I hire a Trade Time painter full-time? +

Yes. Trade Time offers a temporary-to-full-time hiring option. The painter must first complete the required number of hours through Trade Time before the company can hire them directly without an additional hiring fee. Contact Trade Time when you are interested in hiring a painter permanently so we can confirm their completed hours and guide you through the process.

How does Trade Time vet painters? +

Every painter goes through Trade Time's eight-step vetting process before being approved for work. The process includes a phone screening, painting-skill assessments, experience checks, references, profile review, and other approval steps designed to evaluate the painter's reliability and ability to perform the work.
