A one-day apartment repaint isn't the same as a commercial repaint, and an experienced finisher may expect different pay than someone helping with prep work.
When creating a shift, you decide the pay for the work.

Before you publish the shift, you'll see the total amount you'll be charged.

Before a shift can be published, you'll securely add a payment method through the mobile app
This allows your shift to be posted immediately once you're ready.
Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe.
When your shift begins, painters clock in through the Trade Time app.
When the work is finished, they clock out.
If the job finishes earlier than expected—or runs longer—you'll have the opportunity to review and adjust the recorded hours before payment is finalized.
Once everything looks correct, Trade Time processes the payment automatically.
